2015 Winter Florida Triathlon Camp

Cadence is hosting a training camp in Ft. Myers, Florida from January 16th-19th. Join us for 13+ hours of fun, intense, and educational training (and racing!) over the course of 4 beautiful days alongside Cadence Coaches and athletes. We cover your bike transportation, hotel stay and race entry into the Naples Daily News Half Marathon. Just book your airfare and we will pick you up at the airport with sun block in hand! 

Spouses and family members are welcome to join and soak up the warmth as we put in miles during the day. No extra charges apply for additional family members if staying in your room.

2015 Epic Cycling Week: March 21-29

Training camps in nice weather, without work or family commitments, are great. But we know many of you can't commit to traveling to ride your bike in the sun for a week. That's why we are trying something new for 2015. Nine days of riding; 30 hours of group rides. We planned this event to be 4 weeks from Battenkill because we know from our coached athletes that this is the precise moment when panic sets in from not having put enough time in the saddle in the last month. You will be amazed by what 9 dedicated days of training can do for you.  

  • AM and PM workout options Monday through Friday

    • Inside or outside options, weather dependant. 

  • 4 weeks from Battenkill

  • 30 hours in 9 days

  • Long Weekend rides

    • Gravel road rides both Saturdays: 5+ hours

    • Wreck’em ride both Sundays: 4+ hours

A kick off event will take place on Friday evening, March 20th.

2015 Challenge AC Camp: May 30-31

The camp will take place on May 30th and 31st and feature open water swimming, an epic long ride and a long training run. Cadence coaches will be on hand to provide feedback along with support through the epic training. Cadence will supply nutrition for the long miles as well. Limited spots are available for the camp, so please sign up early! Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. We would love to help give you the final push toward race day!


  • Saturday May 30th

    • 8:00am- Arrival and set up at Tuckahoe, New Jersey

    • 9:15am- 90 minute 0pen water distance swim (Drafting and sighting)

    • Quick Snack before long ride

    • 11:00am - Epic Ride (Group warm up into long miles and race pace efforts)

    • 100-120 miles practice race nutrition throughout

    • 30 minutes easy running miles of the bike

    • 6:00pm- Depart Day 1


  • Sunday May 31st

    • 9:00am- Arrival Tuckahoe

    • 9:15am- Group send off for long run

    • 20 minute easy WU with group into long 2:15 endurance miles at race pace

    • 12pm- Lunch break

    • 12:30- 45 minute Recovery Open water swim (technique focused with race start practice)

Shore Tri Clinic with Joe Maloy: TBD

    • Spend the day with one of the top ranked ITU triathletes in the world. Cadence sponsored athlete, Joe Maloy, with Cadence Coaches, Jack and Matt show you the in's and out's of triathlon racing in Joe's hometown of Wildwood Crest.
