Indoor Cycling Classes

A workout everyday... This is our goal. Whether you want to Swim, Bike or Run you can trust that Cadence has you covered. We offer classes 7 days a week during the fall and winter. 

Our 2016 Spring Session begins Tuesday, March 7th. See the class offerings below or click HERE to sign up.

8 Week Spring Session

Spring session begins the week of March 7th. 

- 2 Cycling Classes per Week: $190

- 1 Cycling Class per Week: $100

 
  • Bike Valet - Keep your bike here all Winter. Only $25 per month
  • We now have two showers in each restroom and offer hand towels for classes free of charge plus plenty of parking to get in and out as fast as possible.

Indoor Cycling Class

Brady/ Dave Coach Brady or Dave will lead you through a CadenceTV workout each week. This class is open to everyone. 60 minutes - Seasonal - No Class during the summer
Monday 6:00 PM Tri Specific Swim Class Jack Braconnier Swim Class at St. Joe's Pool House. Meet for a one hour workout to help anyone from a first timer to a seasoned age-grouper. 60 minutes
Tuesday 6:00 AM Indoor Cycling Class Jack Braconnier Coach Jack Braconnier will lead you through a new CadenceTV workout each week. This class is open to everyone. 60 minutes

Coach Matt DiCarlo will lead you through a new CadenceTV workout each week. This class is open to everyone. 60 minutes

Thursday 6:30 AM Indoor Cycling Class Matt DiCarlo Coach Matt DiCarlo will lead you through a new CadenceTV workout each week. This class is open to everyone. 60 minutes
Thursday 11:00 AM Power Lunch Cycling Class Dave King Take a long lunch and let Dave take you through the week's CadenceTV workout. 
Thursday 6:00 PM Indoor Cycling Class Colin Sandberg Coach Colin Sandberg will lead you through a new CadenceTV workout each week. This class is open to everyone. 60 minutes - Seasonal Class - No class in summer
Friday 6:30 AM Yoga for Cyclists Hanna Capitan Have certified yoga instructor Hanna Capitan lead you through stretches and poses specifically designed to help your cycling and running. This class is open to everyone. 60 minutes
