Writing to acknowledge the excellent service provided by your mechanic Mark Purdy on Aug 4th. After one too many mechanical meltdowns in the summer hill climb races, I was at a loss to get my low gearing setup dialed in. Many a shop had made many a hasty recommendation and none of them worked. I walked in to Cadence in a last ditch effort to figure it out. Mark spent a good 45 minutes with me- analyzing what went wrong with the previous setup, how to get the bike back in order, and how to dial in my setup for next year. We even analyzed gear ratios on the computer. In short- in Mark I found the ace mechanic I have always needed. Now I am stoked for the hills next year- and stoked to have Mark keeping me on top of my game. Many thanks!
