Race: Sprint Triathlon World Championships, Gold Coast, Australia
Result: 22nd in age group 40-44

Comments: I felt very prepared for this race and was confident at the starting line. Greg Reznich, my coach from Cadence, prepared me quite well for performing to my potential. I don’t think I would change how I prepared for the race this year. I look forward to a much better race season next year — especially after having more structured and purposeful workouts.
