The Gold Package

The Cadence Gold athlete is an extremely dedicated and motivated individual looking for extreme discipline and the highest level of coaching expertise. The Gold athlete also seeks to take advantage of Cadence's physiological testing on a regular basis to monitor their current fitness level and their overall improvement. The Gold athlete is serious about results, whether those are personal bests or professional victories, and knows that working with accredited experts at the highest scientific and professional levels of the sport is the best way to accomplish those goals.

Triathlete packages include specific cycling, running, and swimming workouts. In short, you will be training in three disciplines which requires a significant additional time commitment from your personal coach.
