Florida Camp

February 16th through February 20th, 2011
Clermont, Florida. This camp is a great winter reprieve for athletes slogging it out on snow and salt covered roads and indoor trainers all winter. The camp focus will be on endurance miles, riding technique and pack skills. The terrain will be mostly flat. The camp is open to athletes of all abilities and levels of experience though athletes should be prepared to ride at least three hours at moderate to high intensity (average speed ~ 18-20 mph on flat terrain) for 3 or 4 days
in a row. This is a great camp to help focus on your upcoming spring and summer season. The camp fee of $795 will include personalized coaching and ride feedback, full ride support each day including guides, mechanical
support, food, water and a follow van. Evening activities will be available (but not mandatory) and our professional mechanics will be on hand to clean and service your bike each night. Triathletes are welcome, and swimming and running facilities will be available close by. Campers can also choose to add on hotel rooms (4 nights), bike shipping, power file and video ride analysis and bike rental (extra fees will apply). Camp size is limited to 20. West Virginia Team Camp

Mathias, West Virginia. The focus of the four day camp will be to push the participant’s fitness to new levels while learning how to train
more effectively and teach you skills and tactics to employ in your quest to maximize your potential as an athlete.
This camp will provide the same access to excellent riding, expert coaches and mechanics at a fraction of the cost
of our other camps. The camp is open to athletes of all abilities and levels of experience though athletes should
be prepared to ride at least 3 hours at moderate to high intensity (average speed ~ 15-17 mph on hilly terrain) for
3-4 days in a row. This camp is a great way to hone your fitness for the coming summer and provides a four day
block of focused training ideally placed before the ramping up of your season. Lodging will be in the rustic Lost
River Barn in close quarters and dinners will be prepared each night as a group. The camp fee of $425 will include
lodging, group dinners, personalized coaching and ride feedback, full ride support each day including guides,
mechanical support, food, water and a follow van. Evening activities will be available (but not mandatory) and our
professional mechanics will be on hand to clean and service your bike each night. Triathletes are welcome, and
swimming and running facilities will be available close by. Camp size is limited to 20.

Spring Poconos Triathlon Camp: Racing Technique & Strength

Fernwood Resort - Bushkill, PA. Triathletes of all abilities are invited to benefit from this weekend training camp in the Pennsylvania Pocono’s town of Bushkill. Featuring the support and guidance of Cadence’s exemplary coaching staff, camp participants can
leave their daily conflicts and stresses behind and enjoy a weekend of great training in a beautiful and convenient location. Come with your training partners, and be pushed to a new level by your peers. Or find a new group here and share your skill! Day one will be focused primarily on skill development with an open water swim in the Deleware River, Cycling technique, handling drills, and time trial practice on quiet mountain roads; Running drills and efficiency practice; and transition skills. Day two will put your skill into practice starting with a long group ride, an aerobic transition run, and will culminate with a final long open water swim.
Tour of California Camp

May 18th through 22nd, 2011
Agoura Hills, California. The camp focus is on climbing, endurance miles and experiencing the Tour of California up close and personal. The camp is open to athletes of all abilities and levels of experience though athletes should be prepared to ride at least 3 hours at moderate to high intensity (average speed ~ 15-17 mph on hilly terrain) for 3-4 days in a row. Campers will have the ability to ride some of the same challenging routes that the racers will follow, and then to meet the racers before or after some of the stages. The camp fee of $995 will include personalized coaching and ride feedback, full ride support each day including guides, mechanical support, food, water, a follow van and special
appearances by athletes in the race. Evening activities will be available (but not mandatory) and our professional mechanics will be on hand to clean and service your bike each night. Campers can also choose to add on hotel
rooms (4 nights), bike shipping, power file and video ride analysis, bike rental and VIP tickets to one stage of the race (extra fees will apply). Triathletes are welcome, and swimming and running facilities will be available close by. Camp size is limited to 20. (Price does not include airfare, lodging or meals)

Fall Poconos Triathlon Camp: Racing Technique & Strength
