Sept 9th: FREE Skills Clinic. Meet at Cadence at 5:30 for a 90 minute cyclocross clinic. We will ride to the park to practice mounting/dismounting, carrying and jumping barriers. This clinic is free for everyone and although cyclocross bikes would be best, mountain, hybrid or even road bikes will work. If you are thinking of doing cross, this is a can't miss event.
Sign up is not mandatory but is suggested to make sure we have enough beer!
Sept 16th - Nov 18th: Join Coach Colin Sandberg for a 10 week cyclocross specific training session in our indoor studio. Every class is meticulously created to help you become faster, stronger and more efficient for CX racing. We use our proprietary online training software called CadenceTV to help you stay on target while the coach explains the goals of each workout.
Classes are every Wednesday at 6pm, starting September 16th for 10 weeks.
