Cadence is proud to provide personal, specific coaching to athletes of all abilities. Regardless of whether you are looking to finish your first 5k, take on the challange of racing an Ironman, compete at club cycling events, make a USA representative team or just get fitter and better at the sport you love. Cadence's staff of coaches will take on your goals and dreams with passion to help ensure that you have your greatest chance of success.

Carbon Package

$499 per month

Allows unrestricted access to Cadence and every tool we have at our disposal, including the most experienced coaches available anywhere.

Personal Ride/Run/Swim

$60/Hour

Personal sessions are one-on-one appointments between you and a Cadence Coach. The personal session can be tailored to suit your needs. If you are just beginning your cycling or triathlon career and need some initial guidance then the session will be geared toward getting you off on the right foot.

Even if you have been involved in road riding or triathlons for some time a personal session is hugely beneficial. A session can be used to fine tune your day-to-day training and/or race day routine. Constantly working on technique and refining your form will go a long way on the road to success.

Trying a personal session can also open a window into what being a coached athlete is about. If you've never had a coach or a structured regiment then you will blown away by the results you can achieve. Our coaching packages are custom designed around your needs and constraints.
