The Cadence Rides

Cadence invites you to join us on all of our shop rides. We are on the road all year long so make sure to dress appropriately. A flat fix kit, water and nutrition are the recommended items for all riders whether on a Cadence ride or on your own. Please take a look at the Rules of the Ride at the bottom of the page. Enjoy and be safe!

The first Saturday of every month is our 'EP' Ride. We do the same route every month and do our best to keep the whole ride together. See the route here.

Our weekly group ride every Saturday changes routes periodically to keep things fresh. Here are some examples of some previous rides we've done. Take a look here.

  • Stay to the far right on the bike path unless passing.
  • Warn pedestrians/cyclists if coming up to pass from behind. Yell, “On your Left.” Give approaching rider enough time and be courteous.
  • Always pass on the left when approaching from behind.
  • Never use iPod/headphones while riding.
  • Be courteous to all. Say “Hello”, Wave and ask if someone needs help when stopped at the side of the path.
