Prince is the latest evolution of an all-around bike from Pinarello designed for a wide range of users. Its design comes from a wealth of experience and technologies developed for top range models that have been adapted for a less-extreme use, maintaining the unmistakable riding style of the most successful company in the Tour de France. The frame is built with extremely light carbon fiber that's aerodynamically shaped, allowing the bike to slip through the wind. Progressive designs on the fork and seatstays result in a smooth and compliant ride, while the oversized downtube and chainstays keep the bike plenty stiff so it maximizes power transfer from every pedal stroke. The Think2 System allows for seamless integration of electronic shifting controls, and when paired with the internal cable routing results in one of the cleanest setups around. The Prince FX version is ready to race with the highest performing, most reactive, and precise handling frame.

Shifting Performance

Electronic shifting systems use powerful servo motors to rapidly shift the chain. Because microprocessors and sensors constantly monitor every aspect of the system, they shift with surgical precision and without chain rub.

Many major systems have customizable shifting. Some have the ability to add remote shifters for common riding positions, and some even allow you to change the functions of the shifting buttons.
